1. Service Description

A2M Logistics provides international cargo forwarding services, specializing in shipping packages from Canada to Tanzania. Our services include:

  • Package receiving at our Canadian warehouse facility
  • Cargo consolidation and preparation for international shipping
  • International freight forwarding from Canada to Tanzania
  • Shipment tracking and customer support
  • Customs documentation assistance

Our services are designed for customers who purchase products from Amazon or other Canadian online stores and require reliable international shipping to Tanzania.

2. Customer Responsibilities

As a customer of A2M Logistics, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete shipment information, including sender and recipient details
  • Ensure all packages shipped to our Canadian warehouse are properly addressed with your unique customer reference number
  • Declare the contents and value of your shipments accurately and honestly
  • Comply with all applicable import/export laws and regulations of Canada and Tanzania
  • Pay all applicable fees, duties, taxes, and shipping charges in a timely manner
  • Respond promptly to requests for additional information or documentation
  • Ensure that shipped items are not prohibited or restricted

3. Prohibited and Restricted Items

The following items are prohibited from shipment through A2M Logistics:

  • Illegal substances, drugs, and narcotics
  • Weapons, firearms, ammunition, and explosives
  • Hazardous materials and dangerous goods
  • Counterfeit or pirated goods
  • Perishable items without prior approval
  • Live animals or plants
  • Items prohibited by Canadian or Tanzanian customs regulations

Certain items may be restricted and require special documentation or permits. Please contact us before shipping restricted items.

4. Pricing and Payment

Shipping costs are calculated based on:

  • Package weight and dimensions
  • Number of packages
  • Destination within Tanzania
  • Service level selected
  • Cargo consolidation options

Payment is required before shipment dispatch. You are responsible for all customs duties, taxes, and fees imposed by Tanzanian authorities. These charges are separate from our shipping fees and are not included in our quoted prices.

5. Liability and Limitations

While we strive to provide reliable and timely service, A2M Logistics' liability is limited as follows:

  • Delays: We are not liable for delays caused by customs inspections, weather conditions, carrier issues, force majeure events, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control
  • Customs Issues: We are not responsible for packages seized, detained, or rejected by customs authorities due to prohibited items, incomplete documentation, or regulatory violations
  • Damage or Loss: Our liability for lost or damaged shipments is limited to the declared value of the package, up to a maximum amount as specified in our insurance terms
  • Third-Party Carriers: We work with reputable shipping carriers but are not liable for their actions or failures beyond our reasonable control

We strongly recommend purchasing additional insurance for high-value shipments.

6. Insurance

Basic coverage is included with all shipments up to a specified limit. Additional insurance is available for purchase and is recommended for valuable items. Insurance claims must be filed within the specified timeframe with appropriate documentation.

7. Compliance with International Shipping Regulations

By using our services, you agree to:

  • Comply with all international shipping laws and regulations
  • Provide accurate customs declarations
  • Obtain any necessary permits or licenses for restricted items
  • Cooperate with customs authorities in both Canada and Tanzania
  • Accept responsibility for any penalties or fines resulting from non-compliance

8. Service Modifications and Cancellations

We reserve the right to:

  • Modify our services, pricing, and terms with reasonable notice
  • Refuse service for prohibited items or non-compliant shipments
  • Suspend or terminate services for violation of these terms

Customers may cancel shipments before dispatch, subject to applicable cancellation fees.

9. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms of Service will be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If resolution cannot be reached, disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in the applicable legal territory.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless A2M Logistics, its employees, and partners from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your violation of these terms, misrepresentation of shipment contents, or violation of applicable laws.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
